This page explains how deekha.com uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with EU ePrivacy rules and Czech requirements. It complements our Privacy Policy at deekha.com/privacy.

2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are allowed without consent because they are needed for the website to function. On deekha.com they include:
- Remembering that you already closed the cookie banner and what choice you made (accept, reject, or custom preferences).
- Basic security and technical operation of the site.
These are stored as local storage keys on your device (for example deekha-cookie-consent). Retention: up to 12 months, or until you clear site data in your browser.
3. Analytics cookies (optional)
Analytics technologies are not strictly necessary. We only load them after you give prior consent (Souhlasím / Accept all, or after you enable Analytics in preferences).
- What: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
- Why: to understand aggregated website traffic and performance (pages visited, device type, load metrics) so we can improve deekha.com.
- What we do not do: advertising profiling, selling personal data, or tracking you across unrelated websites for ads.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Without consent, these scripts do not run.
4. Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on deekha.com. If that ever changes, they will also require prior consent and this page will be updated.
5. Your choice must be real
- Clear Accept (Souhlasím) and Reject (Nesouhlasím) on the first layer of the banner.
- Reject is as easy as Accept — same size and equal visibility.
- No pre-ticked “agree” boxes for optional cookies.
- Rejecting analytics does not block you from reading or using the website.
6. How to change or withdraw consent
You can change your mind at any time. Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
- Use the “Cookies” or “Cookie settings” control in the website footer.
- Or open Cookie preferences from this page (button below when viewing on deekha.com).
- Or clear site data for deekha.com in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop loading Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for future visits on that browser.
