This Privacy Policy describes how Dominik Malý, operating as Deekha (“Deekha”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at deekha.com and our applications, including Deekha Strum, Deekha Bridge, Deekha Read, Deekha ZZZ, and any related services we may release (collectively, the “Services”).
We build calm, human-first software. That includes respecting your attention and your data. We do not sell your personal information, and we design our products to collect only what we need to provide the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as your name, email address, and password, if you choose to create an account.
- Content you create in our apps — for example practice sessions, notes, reading progress, sleep routines, or integration preferences.
- Communications you send us, including support requests and feedback.
- Payment-related information processed by our payment providers when you purchase a paid plan or in-app product. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information such as operating system, app version, language, and general device type.
- Usage and diagnostic data needed to maintain reliability, such as crash logs and performance metrics.
- Website analytics in aggregated form, such as pages visited and referral source, when you browse deekha.com.

Information from third parties
If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Apple or Google), we may receive basic profile information permitted by that provider and your account settings.
If you use Deekha Bridge or other integration features, we may process data you authorize to be shared between connected tools, solely to provide those features.
2. How we use information
We do not use your personal app content for advertising profiling. We do not run social comparison feeds inside Deekha products.

- Process subscriptions, purchases, and freemium entitlements.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- Monitor security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Freemium and paid features
Many Deekha apps offer free core functionality with optional paid upgrades (“freemium”). Whether you use free or paid features, the same privacy principles apply.
Purchases are typically processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized payment processors. Those platforms may collect payment and billing information under their own privacy policies.
We receive purchase confirmation and entitlement data so we can unlock paid features you have bought. We do not receive your full payment card details from app stores.
4. App-specific notes
Deekha Strum
Practice session data is stored locally on your device by default. Optional sync or backup features, if enabled, may store encrypted copies on our infrastructure.
Deekha Bridge
Bridge may process connection data, QR payloads, or shared canvas content you explicitly choose to transmit between devices or through our web fallback endpoints. We do not use this data for unrelated purposes.
Deekha Read & Deekha ZZZ
These apps may be offered in preview or coming-soon form. When released, they will follow this policy. Any beta programs may include additional in-app notices.

6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Local data on your device remains until you delete it within the app or uninstall the application. Account-linked data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion, subject to backup retention cycles.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and, where applicable, encryption at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where applicable.
You can manage many preferences in app settings, delete local data, uninstall apps, or delete your account where account features are offered.

9. Children’s privacy

If you access the Services from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries with different data protection laws. We take steps designed to protect your information consistent with this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at deekha.com/privacy and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
